Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations received in writing by 4 February 2011 were fully refunded, less 10% which were deducted for administrative expenses. For cancellations received after this date, please see the following cases:

(A) For authors of papers
Inclusion of papers in the Conference Proceedings was conditional upon registration of an author by 4 February 2011. After this date, submitted papers were forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and no refunds were made.

(B) For authors of posters
Inclusion of extended poster abstracts in the Conference Proceedings was conditional upon registration of an author by 25 March 2011. After this date, submitted manuscripts were forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and no refunds were made.

(C) For non-authors
One-half of the registration was refunded for cancellations received in writing between 5 February and 15 May 2011. No refunds were made from 16 May 2011 onwards.
